Treetop Group

Treetop Group is a real estate group based in Woburn, MA. It is helmed by Sid Gehlot who, since 2009, has actively invested in the Boston and Greater Boston area. From its humble beginnings as 106 Vernal St LLC, the Group has today grown to comprise Treetop Investments, Treetop Rentals, and Treetop Capital. 

Treetop Group focuses on residential renovations, construction of single-family and mid-sized developments, as well as long-term property acquisitions. Work is alongside a team of approximately 40 professionals, from licensed electricians, plumbers, contractors and architects, to legal and financial advisors. Their expertise provide us and our investors with broad perspectives in acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, leasing, development, tax, financing, as well as accounting practices.

Treetop Group stands to bring about positive change in individual lives and the region. Our approach to do so takes many forms. It starts from treating people right and having integrity in our relationships. It means being creative and resourceful when regular solutions don't work. It also means being the best person that we can be, so that we can in turn care for others.

Treetop Investments

Treetop Investments has been the cornerstone of the Group since 2009. Years spent investing strategically in the Massachusetts have resulted in deep knowledge of the industry from project level know-how to financial execution of purchase and exit strategies. Today, our investment interests span the North Shore, Middlesex, and Suffolk counties.

Backed by private and institutional financial partners, Treetop Investments has the ability to purchase properties, land, or commercial-size developments in any condition. We buy as-is; often properties that do not qualify for conventional loans or financing. We've worked with owners who were in pre-foreclosure circumstances, and have been able to help them move on to a better financial position than before. We've dealt with complex cases where we've had to navigate numerous hurdles to complete the purchase.

Treetop Rentals

Our rentals vary from small condominium units and townhouses, to single family homes and apartment buildings.

Care is taken to ensure that necessary renovations are complete before renting the space, so as to provide a quality environment for living.  

We pride ourselves in maintaining a personal relationship with our tenants. From the beginning, tenants get to meet and build a relationship with Sid Gehlot, prior to signing a lease. During the term of lease, we maintain an open channel of communication to address any issues that may arise. Our tenants are never referred to any third-party property management company.

Treetop Rentals has thrived as a result of our professional care. Our tenants rent for an average of 2 years.
