Sid Gehlot
Sid Gehlot realized his love for entrepreneurship from the very start of his career. Over the course of years, he has founded and managed businesses across several industries – IT, eCommerce and Healthcare – but it was Real Estate that truly resonated with him in 2009.
Sid’s first purchase was a commercial space in Charlestown, which he bought with intent to convert into condominium units. Then a beginner without prior experience, he sought knowledge by learning on the job and was involved in all aspects of the project from obtaining permits to selecting materials. He admittedly made blunders along the way, but came out overall unscathed, wiser and captivated by real estate. He has never looked back since.
A decade later, Sid founded Treetop Group as an amalgamation of his real estate business divisions. He approaches the growth of each division and the Group with excitement, drive, hard work and honesty. He is selective with the people with whom he works, and is proud of the team that he has put together.
When not occupied by real estate, Sid is involved in philanthropy. He is inspired by Bill and Melinda Gates. He channels his success to various causes in India and has to date contributed to the building of schools that provide free education for the poor and facilities that provide medicine to disaster affected areas. He is a co-founder of the School Of Internal Literacy (SOIL), which is a free, virtual school that teaches meditation and self-energizing techniques.
Sid holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering along with a Master in Business from San Diego State University. He lives with his parents, wife and two kids in Reading MA.

Mike Cabral
Attorney Michael B. Cabral is a founding member and managing partner at Gelerman and Cabral, LLC. Mike focuses his practice on business solutions, representing both business and individual clients on general corporate matters, real estate development, financing and general litigation.

Maria Ciaconna
With 30 years in the banking industry, Maria's wealth of knowledge and experience spans across financial products from loans to savings and investments. She is skilled in solving financial challenges faced by individuals and businesses.
DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
Francis Bevilacqua III
With 20 years in the construction industry, Francis is is the owner of Bevilacqua Builds LLC, which is a full service general construction company that works on both residential and commercial projects. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in estimating, scheduling, purchasing, as well as field coordinating. He has completed a multitude of projects including banks and retail shopping centers throughout MA and NH.
ACCOUNTANT
Danting Liu
Danting has worked closely with Sid since his days in the IT industry. Today, she overseas the Group's day-to-day financial activities ranging from general ledger maintenance to financial analysis.
She is a graduate of Suffolk University with a Master of Science Degree in Accounting.
Project Manager
Gleici Cardoso
Gleici is a Civil Engineer who is versed in construction management, industrial structures, flooring, site work and transportation projects. She brings over 7 years of knowledge in these areas to the team, and works closely with Sid Gehlot in managing the Group’s projects.
Gleici is concurrently pursing a Masters’ Degree in Civil Engineering management at Merrimack College.
Interior Designer
Inngryd Soares
Inngryd is the creative mastermind for Treetop’s interior designs. As the Group’s in-house designer, she’d spearhead conceptual plans and create visuals to bring them to life. She’d call the shots on lighting and material selections.
Much of what Treetop has brought to market since 2022 has been a result of her dedication to designing spaces that provide comfort and inspiration.
